Your role

Are you at your best when serving clients and building long-term relationships? We’re looking for someone like that to:

• provide high-quality investment solutions for our clients, working closely together with senior team members
• build comprehensive knowledge of our range of investment strategies and pitch capabilities, including both traditional and alternative portfolios
• support the senior sales force by preparing sales pitches, client review meetings, handling ad hoc client and prospect client information requests
• keep accurate, up-to-date client and prospect client documentation on an ongoing basis
• comply with all regulation, policies and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the UBS Asset Management Ultra High Net Worth clients team in Zurich. Our purpose is to manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients and provide exceptional service quality to our global client base. The team delivers comprehensive and institutional client solutions. In your tasks you will be supported by a first-class infrastructure and innovative products and services.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree from a leading university.

In particular, you have:

• basic product and market knowledge as well as strong analytical skills
• strong interest in sales and cross-selling
• good understanding in all major asset classes including fixed income, equities, multi asset, hedge funds, private equity and real estate
• extensive past experience with MS Office
• excellent English (written and oral), German would be an asset
