Your Role
- Administrative and organizational support for consultants and the management team
- Calendar management
- Travel management
- Meeting coordination and preparation
- Create expense reports and other supporting documents
- Welcome guests and clients and ensure their wellbeing
- Support the HR department with administrative tasks and coordination of the recruitment processes
- Support the Accounting department with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Order office supplies and ensure the smooth running of the office
- Compile information packages on prospective corporate clients
- Support with other Ad-hoc projects and further secretarial tasks
Requirements
- International employer in the Banking sector with prime office location

First Assistant experience and perfect command of English and German
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or hospitality education
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a comparable position
- Excellent command of both English and German
- High degree of Client focus and a service oriented way of thinking
- A high degree of resilience and self-initiative
- Very good command of the MS-Office toolbox
