HR Admin / Junior HR Generalist - 100%
Your Role
Manage and execute on the full recruitment life cycle from reviewing resumes to closing candidates
Manage complex hiring targets by being as innovative as possible
Think creatively to develop non-traditional sourcing strategies beyond university hiring to aid the diversity of junior to senior pipeline
Oversee on-boarding paperwork and pre-employment communication with new starters
Conduct reference checks on new starters as well as background checks
Prepare the work contract, work permit request and certificates
Contribute to the design and implementation of processes which help facilitate the administrative side of HR
Other ad hoc HR support as and when needed
Develop L&D programme for internal employees
Administrate C&B plan
Requirements
- You have a prior similar experience - at least 5 y
- You are fluent in French and also in English - level C1 at least required
You are bilingual French and English and eager to learn
A first experience in HR in Switzerland is key
Excellent organization and project management skills
Exceptional people skills, developed through experience in client facing roles or customer service and support
Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
