Your role

Are you a fast learner and enjoy exposure to a broad range of topics? Do you want an opportunity to build and develop your skills in the COO area?

We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • contribute to the Operating Head’s agenda on operational health and front-to-back efficiency
  • drive Service Reviews with our functional partners in the Corporate Center
  • own the additional demand process through which functional partners request additional resources
  • come up with ideas how to increase WM’s front-to-back efficiency and own their implementation
  • analyse data sets and come up with strategic conclusions
  • visualize findings and prepare management briefings

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Operational Health Front-to-Back team in Zurich. We are supporting the Operating Head for Wealth Management (WM) in Switzerland on run-the-bank priorities, service management and operational effectiveness. Our team is made up of experienced professionals combining WM front expertise as well as process and IT skills.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance or business administration
  • know-how gained from experience (or internship) in consulting, business & strategy development or similar
  • sharp analytical and problem solving skills
  • willingness to perform and learn incl. a can-do attitude
  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • a good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • fluency in German and English

Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.

Start date: May 2019, or upon agreement
