Your role

Are you a people person?
Do you know how to stay calm under pressure?

We are looking for someone who can help us support the front office while servicing clients.
You’ll:

• support client advisors and the desk head in their daily tasks
• prepare client contacts , investment proposals
• make sure that administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed
• analyze client books to detect opportunities
• keep in contact with internal and external clients
• assist the desk head in in managerial tasks such as controls, reporting, preparation of meetings and coaching sessions

Your team

You will be working with 9 Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors (3 teams) catering to HNW and UHNW clients domiciled in Lebanon and Jordan principally.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree (preferably Finance, Economics, Management or risk Management) or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

• You have a particular interest in financial markets, numbers, products and models.
• Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be in contact with clients and colleagues
• You feel comfortable working in a team, but know how to set your priorities and reach your goals autonomously
• Going the extra mile for clients and to solve internal issues is a given
• Fluency in English and French is required
