Your role

Do you want to get ready to provide best in class investment advice to clients? Do you want to learn about daily business alongside seasoned professionals? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • Process clients’ orders
  • Ensure proper execution of administrative tasks related to client servicing
  • Act as an intermediary to other internal service providers
  • Support the management in various tasks / projects

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with eyperts and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be completing several rotations in different teams of Investment Platforms and Solutions and spend several weeks in a team of Client Advisors.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in economics, finance or business administration

In particular, you have:

  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
  • excellent interpersonal skills (and this is noticeable even when under pressure)
  • an open, flexible and extroverted personality
  • fluency in English, french a plus

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

  • analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • plan, organize and communicate well
  • make things happen
  • stick with a task
  • work in a team
  • come up with ideas

Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.

Start date: June 2019 or upon agreement
