Your role

Are you digital? Do you like juggling projects? We’re looking for someone like that to:

• become part of the strategic multi-year program “Wealth Management Online” that drives the digitization of investment solutions and services and their offering in our channels.
• support the business project manager of two innovative projects. The first one is about the digital support of client advisors in client meetings, the second one about online product sales for pension products
• be in the core team of the two projects and closely involved into the product definition and implementation and have many interactions with various stakeholders of different departments (e.g. markets and segments, communications, control functions, IT)
• create competitor analyses for senior management in the area of digital solutions for wealth management clients

Our 6 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

Multichannel Management & Digitization drives the further development of UBS’s digital channels as well as their efficient integration into our bank’s business model and processes. Our aim is to constantly advance the digital competence of UBS and our colleagues and to act as a catalyst for evolutionary, but also revolutionary, change in our organization.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree and have not yet completed your master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

• strong analytical skills, autonomous and structured way of working
• excellent German and English (written and oral)
• good communication skills
• the ability to work to tight deadlines, which may include the need to work outside customary business hours
• ideally experience, to some degree, in project management
• profound MS Office Skills, in particular PowerPoint and Excel

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

• analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
• plan, organize and communicate well
• make things happen
• stick with a task
• work in a team
• come up with ideas

Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
