Growth Managers are key players at Proov. You’re in charge of growing Proov in your university, with the flexibility of promoting on your own schedule. We are currently looking to expand to the following campuses in Switzerland: ETH / HSG / UNIBAS / UNIBE / UNIFR / UNIGE / UZH

These will be your tasks:

• Be the voice and representative of Proov in your university
• Help Proov better understand each university’s culture

Pre-Launch

• Review your university’s course list
• Recruit initial tutors

Launch

• Run marketing efforts (e.g. class visits to pitch Proov, distribute flyers, etc)
• Share your experiences as a Growth Manager on Proov’s Instagram and Facebook
• Promote Proov through Facebook groups and other channels
• Communicate your daily efforts and learnings to other Campus Mangers in our Slack

Post-Launch

• Provide feedback on how to make Proov even more awesome

You’re offering these qualifications:

• You are a current student in one of the Swiss universities mentioned above
• You are well connected to students and committees/organisations in your school
• You know about Proov and can explain how awesome it is to others!
• You are willing to become a tutor on Proov
• You are social, love interacting with people, and don’t have a problem approaching strangers or speaking in front of large crowds
• You can commit up to 2-5 hours per week
