Your role

Are you confident to work in a fast moving environment? Are you willing to become part of a team and contribute to success? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure?

We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • assist the investment advisors, relationship managers and desk head in their daily client business
  • make sure that administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed
  • coordinate internal stakeholders and multi-discipline onboarding teams by applying project management skills
  • Work with the desk head in managerial tasks such as controls, reporting, preparation of meetings and coaching sessions
  • Support ongoing and ad-hoc requests from senior management, front staff and functional partners

Your team

You’ll be working in Wealth Management in the Ultra High Net Worth Northern Europe International market in Zürich. We provide holistic and highly customized investment advice and financial solutions to the wealthiest individuals and families domiciled in the UK and Nordics. We are a strong partner for our clients for every stage of their journey. You will gain insights into the day-to-day business of our UHNW Northern Europe International market and into the market’s strategic priorities by working closely with our Client Advisors and Desk Heads.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • You have a particular interest in financial markets.
  • Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • You feel comfortable working in a team
  • You know how to set your priorities
  • Going the extra mile for clients and to solve internal issues is a given
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent English (written and oral), good German (oral), Scandinavian an asset

Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
