ASAP: Hands-on Junior Accountant with AP focus (m/w)

Your Role

• Booking of OPEX invoices and business trips/expenses

• E-banking

• Booking and reconciliation of payments in Books

• Daily Cash-Flow reporting

• Organize storage of OPEX invoices and business trips reports

• Ad-hoc tasks and support if needed

Requirements

• International and steadily growing company in the city of Zug

• Modern and well located offices, very fast starting date

• Motivated and hands-on personality
• Good to very good Excel skills, experience with SAP B1, Navision or similar a plus
• Very good English, any other languages are considered a plus
• First experience in a similar role
• Immediate or very soon availability preferred

About This Client

Our client is an international and steadily growing company with offices located in the center of Zug. For the familiar Finance team we are looking immediately for a motivated junior accountant for a minimum of 12 months with a very good chance of take-over if it fits for both sides.

In this newly created role you will support the local Finance team with OPEX invoices, expenses and cash flow reports. Furthermore you will help to book business trips, organize the storing of invoices and expense files and support on ad-hoc tasks.
