Business Analyst (Junior) - Neuchâtel
Your Role
The business analyst team is actively participating in the brand transformation projects and interacts on a daily basis with our Executive Committee. As part of the Commercial Department, and reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, your mission will be focused on 2 principal areas:
Accountable for the relevance, the sharing and the follow-up of Commercial Department Reports & KPIs.
You will be performing sales analysis, planning, forecasting and reporting, to improve overall sales productivity for these business areas: digital, wholesale & retail channels. It includes the following activities:
- Forecasting/planning: Production & monitoring timepieces sales forecasts
- Reporting: Developing sales and market intelligence by collecting, analyzing and reporting sales and market data, consolidating data and prepare weekly sales reporting, providing ad-hoc analysis to support the decision-making process
- Budgeting: Defining sales budget and provide updates on a regular basis for selected markets, sales channels & brands
Support & Optimize Analytics Tools
- You will actively contribute to various improvement projects, especially concerning IT tools and corporate reporting (investigate data sources, quality and availability, support business users with the use of self-service analytics tools, manage change requests to requirements, respond to queries, investigate and provide answers to business customers, etc.)
- You will be involved in the Business Intelligence Project. You will determine and document data, business intelligence and analytical requirements for solutions, ensuring that they are fit-for-purpose and meet the business objectives
Requirements
- International company with it’s HQ based in Nauchâtel

Experience with sales analysis is a must
- Master Degree (Ecole de Commerce / Ecole d'Ingenieur / University) in a related discipline (e.g. Computer Science / Finance)
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Ideally a good knowledge of Analytics strategic tool set: Power BI
- Experience in a global SAP (SD - FI/CO) environment
- Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills to deliver accurate quantitative analysis
- Able to understand business concepts and interpret business requirements
- Able to communicate complex findings and ideas in simple terms
- Hungry to learn and to understand complex business environment
- At ease at presenting in front of others
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of levels across the organization
- Hands-on attitude to resolve problems
- Fluent in English and French
