Internship in Group Marketing - Operations (m/f) 80-100%, temporary

You like to experience Marketing and you are looking for the opportunity to explore its various aspects. The Operations team is the hub of the Marketing projects. With us, you will collaborate with the whole department on different of projects supporting the project manager coordinating the activities and leading some smaller projects.

Your Role

As an Intern your main responsibilities will involve:

• Project support for Head Group Marketing Operations and the Operations Team
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks for Group Marketing department on behalf of Head Group Marketing Operations
• Collaborate with all other Group Marketing teams (Measurement&Insights, Brand, Sponsoring, Media Advertising, Channel&Digital) to deliver department-wide projects under the supervision of Operations manager(s).
• Be(come) responsible for the operational management of the Pan European Merchandizing initiative
• Improve (and maintain) the newly launched Collaboration and Communication System (based on MS Onedrive and Sharepoint) supporting the Operations project lead.
• Support the Operations team on Marketing Agency Management activities and tasks
• Support Group Marketing Financial and Operational Controlling activities

Your Skills and Experience

As an Intern your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years’ experience in marketing or media, student job or internship
• First experience with project management
• Proficiency level of English, any other language is a plus
• Affinity to Digital and IT (with some proven experience) Office tools: MS 365 Suite is a must, MS Onedrive & Sharepoint as a plus with Social Media affinity
