We have an urgent requirement for a Europe Regional Search Hub Manager to develop and implement innovative digital search strategies across our portfolio of leading brands. This key hire will play a key role in developing and leading the execution of Brand’s search strategies by working with brand teams, agency partners and senior media stakeholders across the region.

- Lead the search operations and integrate search execution across engines and channels from a Brand/Category perspective.
- Set clear objectives across digital areas and lead regular review meetings
- Have full responsibility for the Data/Analytics of Search and define future analytical approach, share insights that drive best in class media planning and campaign development
- Define the strategy and then drive the change across a global complex organisation, you will be combining technical mastery with strong business sense.
- Have an individual training plan, develop personal capability and grow your career within a Global environment
Apply if you have:
- Proven experience in a leading digital agency with a proven success in leading and implementing search (PPC/SEO), social and e-commerce campaigns. Experience in Programmatic Media is a plus.
- Possess an innovative and entrepreneurial focus.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a knowledge of media reporting systems and dashboard solutions.
- Proven experience in a complex Matrix organisation with excellent interpersonal & collaborations skills
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, build strong relationships and the courage to drive action and change
- Comfortable with an organisation that provides a high level of personal autonomy and individual responsibility
- A strong understanding of the media landscape, digital (programmatic and search) and e-commerce.
- Focused and decisive
- Degree Level Education
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Comfortable with a Geneva base
