Junior Executive Assistant - Temp to Perm

Your Role

• Complex and varied diary management for team members and senior directors of the firm
• meeting organisation and coordination, acting as the point of contact for any last minute changes and ensuring all parties are informed and aware of these changes
• International, global travel arrangement. Organising itineraries, planning taxis, arranging hotels and ensuring trips run smoothly
• Expense management and organisation for senior members of staff on a regular basis and the team when and where necessary
• Aiding with document preparation for meetings, presentations for company updates and also preparing board packs for senior level meetings
• Additional ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirements

• Joining an International Start up
• Providing Executive support to the General Manager

The successful candidate will need;

• Relevant experience working in a financial services organisation is essential
• Experience working as a Junior EA a plus
• French and English (Fluency)
• Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively and to give examples of this
• Knowledge of expense management using either Excel or Concur
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• A good work ethic and friendly outlook

My client is a small international consultancy services firm, with global office locations. They have an innovative and hugely successful business plan and are now looking to add to and expand their team by bringing in an Executive Assistant to build the business support aspect of the company
