Your role

Are your analytical skills second to none? Do you like working with mumbers? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • conduct financial analysis and develop action-oriented measures to support senior management in decision-making
  • support ad-hoc requests and in-depth financial analysis
  • prepare key presentations for senior management
  • collaborate on continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and effectiveness of internal products and processes
  • be part of a global team, work with colleagues across teams and geographies

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You will be working in the Global Wealth Management and Region EMEA Finance team. The team provides holistic financial analysis and strategic advice for the Global Wealth Management Division and Region EMEA.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • Experience in the area of financial analysis, accounting, controlling or finance in general
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Extensive MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge
  • Eager to learn with a flexible and open minded attitude in a highly motivated environment
  • Strong team player and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English (written and oral)
