Your role

Are you passionate about trading? Do you know how to spread your enthusiasm about the markets to others? We are looking for an Trade Flow Implementation Specialist who:

• is the single point of contact for the client regarding electronic trading solutions
• leads and coordinates different specialists and project teams
• work closely with Client Advisors, the UBS Investment Bank, B4B Securities Product Management and the different Sales Teams
• acts as the interface between external clients, client advisors and internal cross-divisional entities like Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Exchange Traded Derivatives trading desks as well as Legal, Compliance, Operations, Custody and Business Technology
• is responsible to build and foster a smooth and successful client relationship for clients in Switzerland and abroad
• is keen to identify and implement client requirements and customized setups in a smooth and efficient way by always having the cost- / reward ratio in mind

Your team

You’ll be working in our team, in Global Wealth Management Buy Side Execution (IPS BSx) as an Trading Flow Implementation Specialist responsible mainly for Bank for Banks and UBS Wealth Management Locations.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
• an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
• an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
• extensive past experience with MS Office
• excellent German and English (written and oral)
