To support our Sales Operations Team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for a

Intern Sales Planning (m/f - 100%)

Sales Operations is the back-bone of the international sales. In this context, the Sales Planning department is responsible for all the topics related to sales monitoring, budget planning, pricing and reporting. Data analysis is the motor of the department. In this position, you will support our Sales Planning team through the preparation of various analyses and documents for decision making and contribute to the successful distribution of our watches.

Start Date: August or September 2019

Duration: minimum of 6 months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in developing and completing various weekly and ad-hoc reports/analyses related to sales activities for internal purposes as well as for Richemont management.
  • Key focus of special KPIs like Sellin, Sellout, SOSI, stock coverage
  • Support the pricing analyst in the monitoring of the worldwide product pricing
  • Development of various presentations for the management team
  • Support of the international sales team during the SIHH, the luxury watch & jewelry fair in Geneva
  • Exchange on daily basis with the local IWC teams in the distribution entities
  • Contribution to various sales projects such as continuously improving our reporting tools

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Currently enrolled in or completed Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics, business or finance
  • Previous internship experience in a related field is an asset
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently and reliably on various projects
  • Appreciation and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to deal with a large work load and prioritize importance of tasks
  • Resilient, dynamic and team player personality with a pro-active and curious attitude
  • Ability to analyze and organize complex concepts and reports
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint are required
  • Written and spoken fluency of the English is required, German and French knowledge are a plus
