Global Manufacturing Science and Technology Small Molecules unit is responsible for management of the Small Molecules commercial lifecycle technical activities, ensuring consistency of approach with stakeholders in the network, provide scientific and technical input to facilitate decision-making, product management and identify multi-product technical issues and guide resolution of significant issues.

Our tasks include assessment of technical risks of manufacturing processes, support to investigation of discrepancies and resolution of technical issues, periodic assessment and reporting of technical issues, evaluation and implementation of technical changes, identification of creative solutions and continuous improvement of products and operations.

To do so we engage into monitoring and continuous verification of process performance and product quality by application of statistical analysis tools to ensure process robustness.

Your main accountabilities will:

  • Understand the drug product manufacturing network in small molecules
  • Learn how to perform a root cause analysis in investigating a technical issue
  • Analyze and collect process parameters data for a solid dosage form product
  • Apply statistical tools to identify statistical correlations to support the root cause analysis, under the supervision of the Drug product Process Scientist
  • Be exposed to the global Manufacturing and Technology activities, with link to Pharma technical development and operations

What do you need in your toolbox?

  • You are an enrolled Bachelor or Master student in a University program with focus on Pharmaceutical Technology or related fields
  • You are passionate about expanding your experience and in being exposed to global Manufacturing Science and Technology Small Molecules in a world leading pharmaceutical company
  • Preferably some experience in a statistical analysis
  • A dedicated knowledge sharer with good organizational skills
  • Proficient in English
