Your Role

  • Ensure PageGroup initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organisation
  • Write inspiring and engaging content for an internal audience to support company-wide initiatives and messages
  • Collaborate with the HR, IT and Finance departments and craft dedicated communication plans to support their programmes, and maximize tool and process adoption among employees
  • Support PageGroup's employer brand efforts with dedicated communication campaigns (PRC and SSC)
  • Ensure our Join PageGroup website and PRC communication supports reflect our company messaging and branding and are kept up to date (PRC and SSC)
  • Collaborate with our internal designers to create engaging content pieces
  • Monitor key metrics and report back on performance
  • Build and manage positive relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders (Marketing and Comms Managers, HR stakeholders, Finance and IT contact project managers, etc.)

  • 5-7 years' experience in internal / corporate communications and/or employer brand marketing
  • Excellent writing skills in English and ability to communicate complex messages in simple language
  • Experience with enterprise social networks, preferably Yammer by Microsoft
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Thorough planning and organisational skills
  • Good analytical skills to report back on performance
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Ability to present work quickly and accurately to a high standard
  • Able to multi-task, self-motivated and able to self-manage projects

Based in our SSC, the (senior) internal communication executive will be reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, responsible for Internal Communication and Employer Branding in Continental Europe. The team’s mission is to implement effective and compelling communications to enable high performance, increase engagement, foster collaboration, and attract talent to support the PageGroup strategy and help achieve the company Vision.
