Our Swiss Global Mobility team is looking for you!

In this position, you will be supporting challenging and interesting international client project mobility matters. After a detailed introduction, you will work independently and support the team in all organisational and advisory matters.

What you can expect from us

  • You will coordinate the full compliance process for our foreign Deloitte member firm employees planned to work on client projects in Switzerland, as well as our domestic employees working abroad
  • You will assist in advising on immigration, tax and social security issues in collaboration with our internal specialists
  • You will coordinate between client project teams, our worldwide employees and Mobility teams as well as our internal compliance service providers and business advisors
  • You will provide support on our client mobility monthly reports
  • You will be the first point of contact for all incoming Swiss Mobility questions and coordinate the distribution among the team while assuring a highly customer-oriented handling of our processes
  • You will work in a very dynamic team as well as independently within a high demanding work environment

Your qualifications

  • You have a commercial degree and / or a Bachelor degree
  • You have 1-2 years of professional experience in project coordination, preferably within HR and/or an international environment
  • You have a good understanding of the Swiss immigration and labour law
  • You are able to deal with a high volume workload with a high service orientation
  • You have very strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • You have exceptional IT-user knowledge (MS Office environment)
  • You are fluent/have excellent command of German and English (oral and written)
