Internship Quality Management 6-12 months (m/w)

We are looking for Interns to support our Quality Management based in Turgi and Baden for 6-12 months. You will be part of our highly motivated team and you will have great opportunity to gain first insights into a business covering the complete order delivery process including assembly and testing. You will get to know the role of a Quality and Continuous Improvement Specialist and the daily challenges that needs to be handled by using standard methodologies and tools like L6S.

Tasks:

• Analyze and document key processes in our local organization
• Assist in developing and implementing new integrated management System based on international standards:
  -Quality ISO 9001
  -Environment ISO 14001
  -Health and Safety ISO 45001
• Maintain and improve operations performance measurements
• Support in Quality Control

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master student ETH/FH
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools (especially excel), Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German
• Interest in applied data mining and analytics, self-motivated and independent on working on given tasks.
• Highly motivated to work in the field of Quality
• Good communication competencies
• Fast and high capacity from different departments and separate disciplines
• Basic understanding in electrical engineering
