Responsibilities & Profile

Your contribution to KPMG

  • Manage the entire immigration processes for our clients: from initiation to completion, including case assessment, drafting of applications, communication with clients, transferees and authorities
  • Proactively manage client accounts, processes and deadlines to guarantee a smooth client experience
  • Work closely together with colleagues of our global immigration network as well as with our tax, social security and payroll teams
  • Support the team in steadily developing our service delivery model to the ever-changing business and client needs
  • Assist with the client account management, setup and use of case management technology, invoicing, reporting and quality reviews
  • Proactively monitor client needs and trends and consider their impact on our business

This is what makes you successful

  • Proficient German, English and French skills
  • Commercial apprenticeship or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • At least one-year experience as immigration expert in the consulting industry or an in-house mobility function
  • High service orientation as well as resilient and reliable personality with a structured, quality-oriented and independent working style
  • Team player with a modern mindset and a can do attitude who does not hesitate to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues

  • 25-30 days of leave, option for compensation of overtime (with the exception of management staff); management staff receive an additional 4 to 6 days of leave

Your salary in this position will be in line with industry standards and will depend on your professional experience and education.
