Assurance Technology focuses on delivering premium support services to the audit practice. Besides the operations of our globally developed software services, Assurance Technology also focuses on locally built solutions only delivered within Switzerland. We are looking for an Application & Project Manager to take ownership of our Enterprise Content Management System along with the Digital Signature solution. In this role you will be responsible for the complete Service lifecycle (Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation).

  • Based on ITIL we are looking for a resource who will combine the Service Design Manager, Service Level Manager, Service Owner and Supplier Manager roles
  • Responsible for Enterprise Content Management System and Digital Signature Service through the Service lifecycle (Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation)
  • Manage service changes (e.g. driven by technology changes or client dependencies)
  • Single Point of Contact for the Service Sponsor from the business and the designated Champion group (or defined customers)
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of service documentation which includes description of all related processes
  • Responsible for negotiating service-level-agreements and making sure that SLA are met (Supplier Management)
  • Responsible to make sure that IT processes are capable to support the defined OLA (Operational Level Agreements). Acts as relationship manager to the EY Global IT Department (EY Technology)
  • Monitor and manage status of Enterprise Content Management System and Digital Signature
  • In addition, this role will also be assigned to current and upcoming IT projects outside of the Enterprise Content Management environment
  • Assess IT requirements and current technologies
  • Proactively identify risks and issues and make them transparent

What you can contribute - skills for shaping the future

  • A degree in Business Information Technology (HF, FH) or a related discipline
  • ITIL v2 or 3 Foundation
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a corporate IT environment
  • Other relevant experience in a related technical field (deployment/implementation and infrastructure)
  • Experience with working on or managing IT projects
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving skills required
  • Knowledge and use of industry-standard methods, tools and techniques e.g. RACI, Business Cases, ROI etc.
  • Strong team working skills across matrixed client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (includes negotiation)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate fluently in English and German both verbally and in writing
  • National travel may be required
  • Strong customer / business oriented focus
  • Not mandatory but desirable

    • experience of delivery that includes the use of supplier
    • experience in IT infrastructure, hard- and software, ideally on an international basis
    • knowledge of managing an Enterprise Content Management system
