Our Employer Branding and Early Talent team at ABB Switzerland is looking for a committed and team-oriented intern, who wants to start his/her career in an exciting and challenging environment. You will support different initiatives of the Trainee Programs in Switzerland and Europe, organize several trainings, workshops and support career fairs.

Tasks

- At European level you will support the design, development and implementation of new trainee programs, which includes the definition of a common selection process, learning and development activities, events, promotional campaigns and targeted development programs for specific trainee groups
- At local level you will support the continuous improvement of the Swiss trainee program, which includes the selection of trainees, global mobility processes, mentoring and learning & development activities.
- You will have the opportunity to give presentations in German and English at internal and external trainee events, which will include planning and implementing of workshops, covering everything from on-site organization to the choice of presentations/guest speakers etc.
- You will be responsible for the trainee program communication channels and maintain our internal and external content live and updated to help us reach early talents.
- You will collaborate in a team and with various internal and external stakeholders as well as other HR teams such as Learning & Development, Global Mobility, Talent Partners and Employer Branding

Education

- Candidates will currently be in the midst of completing their degree studies in Business Administration or Human Resources – or may have already graduated
- A well-defined interest in HR work is essential, as is proficiency in the use of standard IT tools
- Strong and mature command of German and English, both written and spoken
- A self-starter by nature, you will be highly conscientious in your approach, as well as displaying team spirit, a quick intellect and finely honed planning and organizational skills
- Flexibility is considered equally important, together with the ability to prioritize and the capacity to allocate your working hours as efficiently as possible
- A genuine interest for communication and Social Media and an appetite for data collection and analysis
