Was Sie tun:

• Provide technical assistance to customers, service centers and subsidiaries
• Participate in 24/7/365 operation together with our subsidiaries in the USA and Australia (Weekends and holidays according shift schedule)
• Submit publication corrections to existing and new technical documentation
• On-site assistance with customers and service centers when solving complex problems
• Coordination of technical investigations with Pilatus Engineering
• Identify product improvement opportunities and initiate potential updates

Was Sie mitbringen:

• Technical education and experience in aircraft maintenance on mechanical, avionics and electrical systems
• Additional training EASA Part-66 License B1 or B2 is an advantage
• Experience in maintaining Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 is an advantage
• Very good verbal and written English skills (B2 level) and good phone communication skills
• Must be highly motivated; capable of handling multiple, simultaneous projects and tasks
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
