Our global People Advisory Services (PAS) helps organizations solve some of their largest and most complex people related challenges. As part of our growing team, you’ll support organizations’ adaptation to key market trends in the area of learning and leadership. From day one, you’ll work with clients across the spectrum in industry, size, culture, and region. Likewise, you will collaborate with analysts, partners, interns and client executives on large-scale transformations to deliver innovative learning transformations, supporting us to reach our ambition to become the leading learning and leadership transformation consultancy in Switzerland.

As Senior Consultant working in either Geneva, Basel or Zurich, you will help to design and assist with the implementation of a broad range of learning and leadership transformation projects across Switzerland. This will include driving learning innovation, helping implement new learning technologies and designing learning operating models and processes for our clients.

  • Be a key contributor and progressively start leading work-streams
  • Actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships
  • Act in a client facing capacity, working with high profile clients to deliver and shape the implementation of their new learning and leadership strategy
  • Work in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality services in line with our proven global methodologies and tools
  • Provide active support to project managers in the delivery of mandates in the area of learning and development, leadership and change management within complex and potentially multi-national environments
  • Support account teams on learning and leadership related proposals

What you can contribute - skills for shaping the future

  • A deep passion for learning and leadership
  • Good understanding of the latest market and technology trends
  • Expertise in the innovation, development and application of learning technology solutions
  • Strong academic record including university degree e.g. Communications, HR Management or Psychology or equivalent
  • Preferably 2-5 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Learning & Development, change management, behavioral and cultural change, organization design, HR
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, ability to think out of the box
  • Flexible, open-minded, a team player with a “Can Do” spirit
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking virtual environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing and have good attention to detail
  • Excellent command of English and French (Geneva office) and German (Zurich or Basel office)
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills, especially PowerPoint
