The Roche Global Infrastructure and Services delivers informatics tools that enable Roche to do now what patients need next. Within this scope, the Business Intelligence & Intelligent Search group will run the Enterprise Cloud Analytics Service project in 2020. This project will deliver fast to set up and easy to scale cloud environments while delivering compliance, security and data governance by design.
The position
In this position you will develop and implement integrated communication strategies for partners, creating communication plans that align with business objectives while defining KPIs to monitor business impact of projects, for example: define what return on investment means for your business as function of hard cost savings versus increase in agility and delivery performance.
Who you are
- A master student in the area of Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, Change Management or Organizational Development and looking for a master thesis or you are in a gap year (start date of the internship and of the certificate is relevant)
- You are able to develop communications plans and tactics in order to achieve business objectives
- Have an ability to work through, synthesize, and narrate complex issues or new initiatives with a sense of ownership, drive and urgency
- Ability to define, implement and analyze KPIs such as given above
- Keen to demonstrate organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
