Part of Depuy Synthes are MEDOS Sàrl, one of the companies of the group Johnson & Johnson is active in neurosurgery with implantable medical devices for the treatment of hydrocephaly as well as implantable drug delivery systems for various indications.

Medos International Sàrl, one of the companies of the group Johnson & Johnson, manages and coordinates medical activities of its divisions at an international level. In particular, it manages the development, production and commercialization of medical implants and accessories, including all necessary market research and scientific development.

Our Production Planning Team in Neuchâtel is looking for a PPL Young Graduate.

As part of the team you will be:

• Responsible for shipment deployments between main hubs.
• Responsible for third-party process management with our Chinese plant.
• Support continuous improvement of processes supported.
• Own responsibility for driving a high-level communication to Business Partners (Planning teams) and the dashboard maintenance.
• Supporting customers/suppliers/supervisor, participating in projects within the department.
• Responsible for developing new tools on demand.
• Expected to bring understanding of Planning systems requirements.
• Expected to bring understanding of ERP requirements.
• MS Excel super-user.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelors Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• A good written and oral commanwd of English is essential
• High analytical skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Analytical driven spirit
• Strong customer orientated thinking
• First class organizational skills
• Accuracy & attention to detail
• Innovative

Desirable:

• CPIM/CPM
• NAPM / APICS Certification
• Supply Chain knowledge
• Experienced ERP and planning systems User
• Experienced in SQL or others query language
• Experience in a highly regulated environment, Pharmaceuticals/ medical devices
