Your role

Do you want to learn more about the real estate sector or have already experience? We’re looking for someone like that to:

• support the maintenance of the process management of Real Estate Switzerland

• prepare presentations for investors and team meeting of the portfolio management team

-support the portfolio management team for project management office

Internship
Our 6 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

You’ll be working in the “Real Estate Switzerland” team in Basel. We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the Real Estate Funds perform effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality
• very organized and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
• understanding of operational processes in the real estate market
• collaborative personality and strong communicator, with a strategic mind-set
• excellent command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and other IT tools
• fluent in German and English in order to service our local client base, French would be a plus
