We work in the Roche Pharma IT department and our area we partner with is the internal global Marketing and Medical departments. They drive Roche’s strategy and portfolio of new and future drugs. This internship program offers the most talented students the opportunity to gain valuable work experience with us.
Your main accountabilities will be:
- Support IT leaders and IT project managers to promote our IT image and to promote new IT solutions to the Business departments
- Define and run possible social channels (e.g. Intranet, videos, posters, showcasing, events, …)
- Help us remove IT language from our communication to Business colleagues
- Help us with our internal communication and presentations for projects and internal initiatives
- Plan and organize events and support people engagement

What do you need in your toolbox?
- You are an enrolled Bachelor or Master student in a University program with focus on Communication, Marketing or related fields
- Experience or interest in web design and video content production
- Very good organizational and planning skills
- Interested in technologies and IT topics in general
- Native or near-native proficiency in English

The preferred start date of the internship is ideally March 2020 for 6 to 9 months with the possibility of an extension.
