Your role

Are you engaged and passionate about Human Resources? Do you want to know how HR activities support UBS’s vision to be the choice of clients worldwide? We’re looking for someone like that to:

• support and collaborate in strategic and operational tasks within Talent & Acquisition Account Management team
• provide effective and customer-oriented advice to internal and external clients
• co-ordinate with various HR Specialist and Shared Service Functions
• participate in current and new HR Projects, be it Health and Wellbeing, Lifelong learning and development of solutions or evaluation

Internship
Our 6 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

You will be part of the HR Talent & Development Account Management team based in Zurich. You will have the chance to see how we support our clients’ continued success and how we help to foster UBS’s collaborative, respectful and performance-oriented culture. Our employees have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally. We help and support each other.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

• know-how gained from experience (or internship) in HR or similar
• pleasure in dealing with people - team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• proactive, solutions-oriented can-do attitude
• eagerness to learn with good attention to detail
• extensive past experience with MS Office
• fluency in German and English
