Graduate GTP/Full-Time Analyst

Your role

Are you interested in driving change across global teams? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? Do you know how to set priorities? We’re looking for a project manager who can:

  • provide business and operating management support to the Fund Development & Management (FD&M) team
  • support FD&M initiatives, including products processes and products lifecycle annual review
  • work closely with regulatory management team on monitoring regulatory requirements for products and developing governance and processes to ensure regulatory compliance
  • work closely with Data Office and IT on delivering data quality improvements, setting IT priorities and contributing to IT requirements definition
  • work with a variety of business partners both within our function and with supporting units

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working within our Operating Office team located in Switzerland and collaborate closely with Fund Development & Management teams globally. Our work is very diverse, covering from business management and operational processes, risk and regulatory management to data management and IT roadmap and prioritization.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance or business administration
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • the ability to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
  • a structured work style, confident working autonomously
  • fluency in English, German is a plus
