Your Role

As Employee Benefits strategy - Intern you will

  • Support the next phase build out of the Employee Benefits strategy
  • Identify partners that can complement Zurich’s employee benefits offering and distribution capabilities and provide support during the negotiation process
  • Manage engagement with business units across different areas (sales, proposition, group functions)
  • Given the current situation, we offer this internship virtually. Reporting line to Business Development Manager, based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Job Requirements, Skills and Experience

  • Experience in partnerships / channel management / affinities business / worksite sales OR experience in top tier management consulting firm mandatory
  • Experience in financial services product & services development preferred
  • Experience working in a multi-national environment, with prior multi-geography roles preferred
  • Strong collaboration & influencing skills; self-starter mindset
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus
  • At the time of the internship, you need to be enrolled at university or a center of further education
  • Given the current travel restrictions you must be located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the internship
