During your internship, you will support the Design Thinking Team and the Global Innovation Department with dedicated tasks in innovation projects and in further establishing customer-centered innovation at GF Piping Systems:

Assist and independently drive working packages in Innovation projects
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills through Design Thinking and agile methodologies to integrate customer-centric, technical, and business perspectives into the development of future solutions
Bring in creativity and empathy to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and build bridges across departments and functions
Organize and coordinate innovation workshops and working sessions
Further, establish innovation structure and approaches in the organization

Kandidaten Profil

Education: Bachelor or Master’s studies, preferably in Design, Digital marketing, Business Innovation, Business engineering, Business IT, Product Engineering, or any related fields. Previous work experience is a plus
Character: Independent, curious and willing to think beyond the status quo
Working Style: A team player, self-driven and organized
Qualifications: Professional handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with Innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking or agile methodologies
Enthusiasm: Enjoying collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across the globe
Language: Very good communication skills in English and German is a strong plus
