Your role
Are you an analytical thinker? Do you like to think out of the box?
We’re looking for someone like that to:
- Identify, develop and implement strategic priorities with high business impact
- Support our client-facing segments with know-how and conceptual skills in driving their strategic initiatives
- Support the digital evolution of the Swiss Bank
- Coordinate projects with senior management and various stakeholders across the bank
Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
You will be working in the Strategy and Business Development team of UBS Switzerland in Zurich. We are a dynamic and successful team of experienced and highly qualified employees. The position offers an ideal platform to gain in-depth knowledge about the bank, to build a network and to work closely with various stakeholders with different levels of seniority.
Your expertise
You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
In particular, you have:
- Sharp analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines
- Self-driven, autonomous with a diligent work style
- Ability to think “out of the box”, which often can be contrary to popular, accepted thinking
- Good communication skills both in German and English
- Know-how gained from experience (or internship) in banking or with a strategy consulting firm

Start date: October 2020, or upon agreement
