Consumer business in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) is represented in 122 counties and large portfolio of brands with biggest ones being Neutrogena, Le Petit Marseilles, Listerine, o.b., Nicorette, Imodium, Microlax and multiple cough and cold allergy brands.

This position will be part of EMEA Regional Marketing group which drives efficient and effective coordination and operationalisation of key marketing activities and portfolio management across EMEA franchises and markets.

Position Summary:

We are currently looking for an exceptional candidate to join us on a 12-month Fixed Term contract based in Zug, Switzerland to assist the Marketing Strategy team on a day-to-day basis.

You will be supporting a small but diverse team with a variety of professional and cultural backgrounds. Whilst you will have the support of individual managers for specific projects, you will be expected to work independently and lead your own projects. During your time in this role you will also be able to work directly with regional and local marketing colleagues and other cross-functional colleagues such as Supply Chain, Procurement as well as external agencies.

In order to succeed, you will need to be able to adapt to fast-moving environments and be able to confidently liaise with and influence key stakeholders.

The position is ideal for a self-starter who is quick to learn, confident, proactive and capable of navigating a degree of complexity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support product portfolio management, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to collect, organize and present data on our product portfolio
  • Analyse product portfolio data of various financial, commercial and supply chain measures, support building recommendations for the portfolio optimization. Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Manage and report data quality issues, ensuring data quality
  • Act as the key point of contact for managing usage rights requests for the portfolio analysis tools, facilitating documentations and training’s
  • Coordinate team meetings including capturing meeting minutes and ensuring follow up actions are completed in due dates
  • Other miscellaneous communication and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Enrolled at university
  • Fluent English
  • Proactive and enthusiastic to learn
  • Strong analytical skills and good commercial acumen
  • Data savvy with high Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of tableau preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a multinational company preferable
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
