Your Role

As the Summer Intern in our HR Integrated Talent Management team, youwill

• Focus on implementing our Next Generation Talent Strategy in various areas, incl. recruiting, talent management and learning & development
• Support Zurich’s talent attraction through targeted communication and a refreshed career website to our target audience
• Refine our onboarding practices for next generation talents
• Support the continuous activation of our learning platform and other development initiatives, in particular for next generation talent
• Conduct research on talent management of internal talent and provide recommendations to further enhance our practices
• Listen to and learn from feedback of previous candidates and interns to further enhance their experience
• Apply data analysis and diagnostics to come up with new insights and recommendations to enhance talent strategies at Zurich
• Opportunity to be part of a team strategically aligning a new Employee Value Proposition across key employee processes (recruitment, talent management, talent development)
• Shadow the Group Chief Talent Officer for key experiences and exposure (Catalyst Program, Global Talent Council meetings)
• Given the current situation, we offer this internship mainly virtually. Key stakeholders are based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Required Skills and Experience

As Summer Intern in our HR Integrated Talent Management team you should

• Ideally, but not a must, have HR-specific educational background and/or previous work experience in HR
• Have strong problem-solving, structuring and communication skills
• Actively contribute to innovative, employee-centric solutions and practices
• Given the virtual setting, be result-oriented and have the ability to adapt to fast changing variables
• Be fluent in English
• At the time of the internship, you need to be enrolled at university or a center of further education
• Given the current travel restrictions you must be located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the internship.
