Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for diary management on Outlook and production of Audit reports
  • You will provide administrative support for client service team by attending relevant team meetings, taking notes of meeting, distributing action lists and following up on actions where appropriate.
  • Maintaining the contact system on Outlook/SMARTnet, SAP contact
  • Supporting the audit teams by managing the administrative process for accepting new clients and keeping internal administrative process up to date
  • You will be responsible for organizing, booking international travel arrangements, for expenses, preparing letters/memos/spreadsheets/reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • You will work collaboratively with other team members as well as other business unities
  • internal/external marketing support;

Your qualifications

  • You have a degree in commercial education with good numerical and verbal skills;
  • You have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role preferably within a Professional Services environment
  • You have excellent organizational skills and an ability to work independently, whilst maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels.
  • You are able to work accurately and effectively under pressure and to prioritize workload, whilst remaining calm and composed
  • You are reliable, willing to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment and happy to work independently.
  • You have a good knowledge of the main computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • You communicate confidently in German and English.
