If so, then a role as a Market Research Analyst in the Consumer and Market Knowledge (CMK) organization is perfect for you!

In CMK, you will directly influence business strategy, product design, pricing, media investments and much more. Using your boundless curiosity, you will be able to discover what people want, why they want it, and how we can we touch lives to improve them.

Leading CMK work on the range of brands in P&G Cough & Cold portfolio (Vicks, Nasivin, Ilvico), specifically:

  • Combine advanced data analytics and human insights to directly influence business strategy, product design, pricing, media investments, retail choices, go to market strategy;
  • Responsible for all activities related to the P&G cough and cold portfolio sold without prescription, across all European markets;
  • Use state of the art qualitative and quantitative tools to identify strategic and executional business insights;
  • Use diverse sources of knowledge, from analytics to psychology, and integrative thinking to seek tough business problems (e.g. what explaines a poor business performance in a cetrain market? How can we improve the experience for a particular patient in a specific country? How can we make it easier for shoppers to buy our products?).

Qualifications

You would ideally be:

  • MSc in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physical Sciences or Quantitative Social Sciences;
  • Strong analytical skills, using multiple data sources, with ability to query and analyze data;
  • Creativity, Innovation, Initiative, Follow-Through, Strong written and verbal communication and priority setting skills;
  • Experience from school/work that demonstrates strong leadership through envisioning, direction setting, enrolling other and thinking/problem solving;
  • Ability to contribute and influence across levels and functions.
