Commercial Associate - Immunology (Part time 50%)

Do you have a winning mentality and fun to work in a robust team?

In this exciting role you will work closely with the commercial immunology team and enable the Business Unit (BU) to focus on business-relevant topics by providing proficient and timely support on administrative & operational tasks.

You will support and run commercial projects and events within the therapeutic are under mentoring of the Project Leader. Additionally, you will own the budget controlling processes of the BU in collaboration with finance. Besides that, teamwork in the Associate Network is strongly encouraged for projects and leave coverage as well as to balance peak workload across different Business Units. You will ensure full compliance with J&J Credo and compliance principles to preserve trust and reputation towards Health Care Professionals and patients using the product(s).

YOUR responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Managing of assigned projects in the BU e.g. development of sales materials, marketing campaigns etc.
  • Handling of end-to-end payment processes to suppliers/service providers via electronic data processing systems such as eMP/Ariba, HPR or Manual Bank Payment
  • Supporting the creation, renewal or cancellation of contracts for certain events and archiving of contracts
  • Managing the lifecycle of promotional materials including annual revision according to HCBI and regulatory regulation
  • Supporting the team document management, knowledge storage and records retention management processes
  • Supporting the planning and execution of commercial events, such as internal training meetings, congresses, and commercial customer events
  • Facilitating the onboarding of new BU team members
  • Acting as Super User or Process Champion for one of the supported systems or processes (Concur, eMP, HPR, iCD, MBP, JJAR)

Qualifications

  • Commercial Education / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences (BA/BSc or equivalent)
  • Relevant professional working experience in marketing
  • Solid understanding of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in English and German required, French considered an advantage
  • Solution driven approach and service orientation
