Your role

We’re looking for someone like that to:
- support the team by leading on a daily basis with clients inquiry
- review client requests, analyze client files , order and review requested documentation
- provide administrative support to the team members

Your team
You’ll be working in the Financial Intermediaries LATAM team in Carouge, Geneva. We are a dynamic and driven team of professionals servicing Financial Intermediaries for the Latin America market particularly LATAM South at UBS. We take care of client requests and make sure that all queries are handled properly.
Your expertise
You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.
In particular, you have:
- good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality
- a gift for using Microsoft Office tools
- hands on, independent with good time management skills
- fluent English and Spanish skills
