Your role

Are you excited by the financial markets? Do you want to be part of a successful and demanding team?

We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
  • support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties
  • be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
  • manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting
  • perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
  • research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
  • support client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetings

Your team

You’ll be working in the GFO UK & Nordics team in Zurich. You’ll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. You’ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey. Your focus will be on working with Clients from the Nordic region.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have/are:

  • an interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients
  • effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
  • sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
  • confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • excellent skills in English and German (oral and written), further languages are an asset
