Team:

The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients to move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

Work you’ll do:

Using innovative methods, we re-imagine organizations to determine the most effective way to implement its organizational strategy through its workforce. The result is an optimal match between ambition and structure.

Typical projects for our Organization Design professionals include advising clients on organization structures during major restructuring or productivity initiatives, the development of an organizational model based on a new strategic direction, the redesign of overhead or administrative structures and design to support merger and acquisition environments (both integrations and carve-outs). This can include determining the optimal capacity, span of control, coordination mechanisms, tasks, roles and responsibilities.
