The centralized treasury department in Basel ensures optimal financing and appropriate liquidity of the Group and its affiliates. It is responsible for managing the financial assets and liabilities for the entire Roche Group. Within the treasury department, the Treasury Operations team manages the Roche InHouse Bank with a variety of banking services for the affiliates. The Team is responsible for master data maintenance and transaction processing on the global treasury SAP system.
Your main accountabilities will be:
- Processing in-house and third-party bank transactions (like money market, securities, derivatives and FX deals, for Roche’s global affiliates).
- Creating and maintaining master data in the global SAP system and supporting the centralized month-end close process.
- Assisting the team with their ongoing projects and eventually leading on treasury related projects (new regulations, integration to other finance areas, automation of processes)

What do you need in your toolbox?
- You’ve finished your Bachelor degree and are currently enrolled as a Master student in a University program with focus on Economics, Finance, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Banking or related fields
- Good team player and self-motivator
- Eager to learn new knowledge and able to apply it quickly
- Flexibility to take over special assignments besides the daily work task
- You are interested in technologies and IT topics in general
- Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
- Strong command in English and German
