Diagnostics Governance & Services’ mission is to enable Roche Diagnostics to make our end-customer successful by using integrated diagnostic solutions. As an overall Diagnostics organization, we have to guarantee that our customers get a unified, high-quality solution from Roche that share the same brand, look, feel and ease of use. Our diagnostics solutions lead to a comprehensive, interoperable and seamlessly integrated customer experience. We work along the same principles and standards to ensure the best possible execution. Diagnostics Governance & Services drives the alignment of the divisional governance model based on solution concepts and divisional standards mutually agreed with all Business Areas. Thereby we provide the needed services and common assets that help the Business Areas to reach the common goal.
What you will do:
- Authoring creative content across relevant channels (i.e. e-mail newsletter, Google Site, etc.)
- Managing the Standardization program’s editorial calendar to ensure continuous and optimized presence on digital channels across Roche Diagnostics
- Managing the Standardization at Roche G+ Community
- Maintaining and optimizing a dashboard of key performance indicators across digital channels and stakeholder squads
- Supporting the development and implementation standardization training materials
- Ensuring that all content maintains the appropriate usage of branding and department identity on all Standardization at Roche communications

- Creative copywriting
- Google Analytics and data visualization
- Intermediate skill in the use of G Suite (Google Sites, Analytics, Sheets, Docs,and Forms) and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Advanced preferred.
- Excellent project management, organizational and follow-through skill set
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Completed course work in Creative Writing, Data Analytics, Market Research, Statistics and/or Strategic Marketing.
