Student Internship in Center of Financial Insights (as soon as possible, 6 months, full-time)

At Roche, we believe it’s urgent to deliver medical solutions right now - even as we develop innovations for the future. We are passionate about transforming patients’ lives and we are fearless in both making decisions and taking action. And we believe that good business means a better world.

Who we are:

Pharma Finance is undergoing a transformation, but our “North Star” remains the same: Doing Now What Patients Need Next. To enable us on this journey, a new area - The Center of Financial Insights (CoFI) -has been built. The CoFI is the “one stop shop” to consolidate and provide financial information, with a high-level of expertise, innovative insights and an entrepreneurial mindset, enabling agility and flexibility for stakeholders. The CoFI will be the talent engine of Finance through capability building and flexible ways of working.

The CoFI is one of the pillars of the new Pharma Finance organization, which was developed in response to transformation efforts across Roche. The new collaborative model is designed to establish and promote an agile and effective partnering model, while enabling a mindset shift: from controlling to innovation, from value capture to value creation, from hierarchical relationships to collaborations. The CoFI now operates as a self-aligning team, and continues to look at what is needed beyond the minimal viable product to ensure we can add value as entrepreneurial thought partners to our stakeholders across the globe.

CoFI brings together a diverse team with a broad range of financial experience and expertise. Our three Finance Insight Managers (FIMs) act as the interface between the business and the CoFI. They are also coaches to the other CoFI members, helping them to transition to the new ways of working.
