Your tasks

You’ll get insights into the alumni relationship management of one of the biggest professional services firms in Switzerland with +11k active community members.

You’ll have the chance to work with a young, ambitious team that wants to bring PwC Switzerland’s first alumni programme to the next level.

You’ll help to maintain our alumni data in Salesforce CRM and contribute to the development of new processes.

You’ll get to know a marketers daily business by preparing targeted marketing communication in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You’ll support our alumni onboarding process to welcome our leavers into their new network.

You’ll support our Social Media activities in our private alumni LinkedIn community.

You’ll conduct market research through LinkedIn sales navigator to identify relevant alumni relations and to strengthen our network.
Your profile
-
You are studying business administration, marketing or similar.
-
You are a reliable person with an eye for details who likes to work independently.

You have very good spoken and written English and are able to create engaging texts. German is a plus.

You are a hands-on person that adapts fast to new tasks also outside of your main area.

You have advanced Excel skills and an affinity for data. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
