Make a difference - as Student Support for the PEPS project (Patient Empowered, Privacy Secured) at Roche. The PEPS project ambitions the creation of a platform to enable direct communication with the patients while protecting their real identity. Through such direct communication, we ambition to increase patient data usage transparency and consequently increase patient trust in new digital health technology. To achieve this we are using technologies like blockchain, mobile and cloud computing.
We are looking for two students to complement our small agile development teams in one of the three project locations (Basel (CH), Toronto (CA), San-José (CR).
Who you are:
- Student available full-time for 6-8 months starting as soon as possible
- Strong proven software development capabilities in Javascript (Web applications)
- Ability to work in a remote team using distributed version control and source code management systems
- Motivated to make a difference for the patients
- Optional: Mobile, Cloud, Blockchain, User Interface (VueJS), Containerization Technologies (Docker, Singularity, Shifter, etc.), Automatic Testing experience
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
