What you achieve
You help us build the dialogue platform that provides natural language understanding features. In doing so, you create a superior customer experience and support automation projects - like the customer support bot that assists with answers to frequently asked questions. Leveraging your programming skills and your experience in developing solutions based on linguistic rules or machine learning, you play a vital role in every aspect of product development. You build services and products for dialogue management using the latest tools and technologies. Together with our data scientists, you develop and maintain machine learning models used by thousands of customers every day. Working in an interdisciplinary team, you ensure the best user experience by implementing solutions that meet our customers’ needs. Together, we drive existing solutions forward - and create the ones that shape the future.
Why you succeed
- Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in computational linguistics, computer science, or equivalent professional experience
- Knowledge of at least one major programming language (e.g. Java, Python)
- Hands-on experience in natural language understanding/processing and data analytics
- Basic knowledge of machine learning
- Experience in conversational design is a plus
- Enthusiasm for language
- Pragmatic and innovative approach, strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working in agile teams with test-driven development
- Very good German and English, French a plus
