Your role
Are you interested in Wealth Management Banking and particularly in the Swiss Market?
We’re looking for someone like that to:
- support strategic positioning of new Digital Enablement Strategy
- drive project planning & milestone tracking
- work on presentations to senior management
- support the daily operational product management
- coordinate project management activities ranging from quick tasks to implementation of long term strategic topics (project planning, coordination, implementation, quality and cost management, escalation management)
- drive together with MM&D cross-functional Run-the-Bank (RtB) initiatives
- be responsible and provide trainings within whole Switzerland
Internship
Our 6 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.
From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Digital Enablement team in Zurich. We are a very dynamic team driving innovation in Wealth Management Switzerland, we are facing digital disruption. Our Job is to build the digital environment and ideas to service our clients in a high-quality standard.
Your expertise
You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.
In particular, you have:
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- excellent interpersonal skills (and this is noticeable even when under pressure)
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- a good command of Microsoft Word and Excel and a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
- excellent German and English (written and oral)
Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
